Nutcracker, in Ivo's Christmas Tree Missions

Nutracker is the Leader Elf of the Christmas Tree Team in Ivo's Christmas Tree Missions. He will be Ivo's boss this Jolly Season. He decides which elf goes on which mission.

Nutcracker 'is a small elf with a pointy white beard, wearing a green hat with a Christmas tree on the top. There are also Christmas trees standing up on the end of his shoes and on his belt buckle'.

This is Nutcracker telling Ivo all about the Christmas Tree Team:

'Now, what can I tell you about the Christmas Tree Team? Every team at Elf HQ has an important job to do, but what's different about what we do here is that much of our work happens outside Elf HQ, outside Elfsville and even outside the North Pole. We rely on People on the Outside, in the world, to help us with our mission and make every Christmas tree as wonderful and as Christmassy and as well cared for as they possibly can be.'
